IMPORTANT NEW GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMERS WHO SELL

 

Last year we made a detailed evaluation of the stock we were accepting and sales we had achieved.

Space allocation, sales patterns, profitability of different product groups were all looked at - we can only be a succesful business for our customers if we have shelves filled with goods that are saleable and make a profit.  With this in mind, we have revised the range of stock that we will now accept for re-sale.  Pre-school toys ( smaller toys in as new condition only).Please                          check availability of space before presenting larger  toys. Baby Equipment A small selection will be accepted.  Please check first. Ladies Clothing & Accessories & Children's Clothing Maternity Wear  Girls - 0-14 years  Boys - 0-11 years All items presented for sale should have been originally puchased within the last TWO years. Clothing is accepted according to season - Spring from early January.  Summer from early March.  Autumn/Winter from early July.

Budget brands of children’s and ladies clothing represent such

good value when  purchased new that they are not worth reselling; retail names are such as; “Cherokee” “George” “Primark”  “Matalan”.

There may be exceptions!! i.e. brand new with tags …. or an item

that is unusual, or from experience, we know is interesting and

“saleable”.

School Uniforms.  Again the budget brands are great value new! 

With this in mind, we now only accept school uniform (any brand)

that are BRAND NEW WITH TAGS.

 

All clothing should, of course, be clean and pressed.

Please present childrens clothing in a quantity of 20/30 outfits

at a time. There is no need for coat hangers. Sets should be put

together. 

Ladies clothing should be presented flat or neatly folded.  We transfer all stock onto our own hangers.  

No black bin liners of creased items that have been found in the loft please!
