Cherry Wright originally started "Little Used" in Friargate, Derby, with her sister Gail Johnson' in the mid 80's. The business was sold after a few years, but continued to trade with different owners for a few more years before closing down to become the wine bar "Tonic", more recently "Fat Cat".
This shop opened in Mickleover in 1999. Cherry and Gail were joined in the shop by other assistants, with a wealth of experience to guide and help customers.
Margaret O'Connor purchased the business in March 2016, however please note that Cherry and Gail still work at the shop!
"Little Used" now finds it serves a second generation of customers!
The toddlers who had their wardrobes purchased in Derby now buy for their own children at our shop in Mickleover.
